Why do people keep clutter? Identity, security, keeping things “just in case”, and people may even keep clutter based on their genetics. It could cause congestion, depression, weight gain (or inability to lose weight), and can even cause mental confusion.ģ. It may make you feel tired, lazy, and may keep you in the past. Clutter can have a serious impact on your health. Sometimes this stuck energy can be very heavy, but once lifted, the renewal of life force energy is unbeatable!Ģ.
